I am Alex Tabone. I am a software developer, or in other words, I solve business problems.

I graduated from the University of Malta with a B.Sc. IT (Hons.) in 2005. I am a certified Linux systems administrator (LPIC-1, 2009) and a certified Business Analyst (Business Analysis Essentials, ISEB (BCS), 2010).

I like working with, and have worked with, the following technologies: WordPress, Ruby on Rails, Python, Ruby, PHP, HTML and CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap CSS, MySQL, and other database technologies.

I have worked in the following industries: telecoms, facilities management, software utilities, transport, and gaming.

My hobbies include playing basketball, sports in general, and reading (business, innovation, technology, psychology).

I reside in Malta, Europe.
